1. Agreement
By accessing or using NPass (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. NPass is a ticketing platform that allows users to discover and purchase tickets to live events.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Prices include applicable service fees. NPass acts as an authorized agent for event organizers; the organizer is responsible for the event itself.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to resell tickets above face value where prohibited, use bots to purchase tickets, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
5. Event Changes
Events may be rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled by the organizer. We will notify you at the email associated with your purchase. Refund eligibility in such cases is described in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at any event.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
