Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

Tickets purchased through NPass are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as required by law or as outlined below.

2. Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will automatically receive a refund for the ticket face value to the original payment method within 10 business days. Service fees may be non-refundable.

3. Rescheduled or Relocated Events

If an event is rescheduled or relocated, your ticket typically remains valid for the new date or location. Refund availability is at the organizer's discretion and will be communicated by email.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate transactions.

5. Change of Mind

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, late arrival, or denial of entry due to violation of venue rules.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email support@npass.miami from the address used at purchase and include your order number. We respond within 3 business days.
